Hotel and apartment style accommodation can be reserved in Stellenbosch through the intermediary of Turners DMC who has secured preferred rates for participants. All hotel rates quoted on the booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. Apartment accommodation is based on self-catering, no meals included, rates are per apartment and per night. Hotel and apartment category should be indicated on the booking form. Please also indicate which other category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked. Accommodation establishments are within close proximity to the STIAS in Stellenbosch.

The following hotels and apartments have been especially reserved for the conference and preferential rates have been negotiated on behalf of the event. Hotel rates include full English Breakfast Buffet, VAT at 15% and Tourism Levy of 1%. Apartment is self-catering, no meals included.
